James took time to talk through project before starting, liaised with building inspector directly and kept me informed of advice from inspector. In this instance he advised footings to be deeper than standard which has impact on cost but James kept the increased priced down as much as possible. JMA Builders had a number of other trades that he could call in to support the project that helped to keep cost down. Would recommend.

Have used JMA Builders before in my last house and was so happy with their last job I used them again and once again could not of been more happy, he did such a fantastic job on my whole house. Combined extension with existing kitchen and dining room, fitting of steels, boarding and plastering. All work complete to a very high standard, very happy with the end result.

Shell of extension completed in preparation for combining with existing property once external doors are fitted. James has completed the next stage of our extension project to their usual high standard and in a timely manner. He has been very accommodating to work within the time schedules of our bifold door supplier and will return to our project once the doors are fitted.
