Extensions

We are experienced in building all kinds of property and house extensions in the local area, working with homeowners to provide complete household extensions as well as the installation of any utilities. We can assist with small brick built porches, extensions on the front or back of your property, or even larger two story house extensions. Plus, we can also carry out full and part loft conversions, whether you have a traditional cut or trussed roof. All carpentry, structural and bespoke, and Velux window installations.

Re-pointing

We offer repointing services throughout Bournemouth and Poole to improve & repair masonry and brickwork, improving the overall appearance of your property. The repairing and re-finishing of the mortar between bricks or stone used can either be  for aesthetic purposes or to prevent water damage. Waterproofing walls can extend it’s life dramatically. Similarly, in older buildings, the walls are commonly solid with no cavity – therefore allowing moisture, be it rain water absorbed from the outside or condensation from the inside, to escape through the mortar joints.

Patios

JMA Builders can design and build all styles of patios. We use natural stones and man made pavers, with various styles of patterns and drainage solutions. Patios can often make a wonderful addition to any kind of garden design. We provide a complete garden patio service and work with you to plan for an incredible new garden landscape. If you are re-designing your garden, then often the patio will be the main area and also the starting point for the rest of the garden. We can deal with all aspects of carpentry and cut roofing in Bournemouth and Poole, having years of experience ranging from refurbishment of old buildings to commercial work – including offices, schools.  Whilst we are specialists in pitched roofs we also are experts in flat roofs, loft conversions, general roofing, truss roofing, roof tiling/slating.
